Lean Works now offers a series of advanced courses on specific topics within the Lean Works-Enterprise Technology and the individual certification process. Step One: Advanced Courses The advanced courses are designed to provide the experienced practitioner with a more detailed view of the specific toolsets that comprise the Lean Works-Enterprise Technology. The goal is to help the attendees develop tool deployment templates that can be applied within their specific organizations. Currently our Advanced Courses include Start with the Customer Vision, Go Configure to Demand, Lean the Process Flow, Rate-based Operations Planning, and Pull from Customer through Supply. These courses relate to the 5 areas of the Enterprise BlackBelt Certification: Sales, Design, Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain. See our Activities Timetable to Register for Advanced Courses. Step Two: Certification The company sponsored certification process is intended to help larger corporations sustain and reinforce the successes achieved as multiple business units go through the Enterprise Implementation System. There are two levels--the Process Skill Coach and the Enterprise BlackBelt.
