Then, the course illustrates the Market Scope toolset to identify and quantify market opportunities for the Lean Business Case. Next, the PDS macro-mapping tools are applied to capture the baseline and future PDS maps.

Finally, plans are developed for implementing the new PDS on the customer side through specific sales, marketing, and distribution rollout activities.
