Lean Process Flow is designed for the Operations LeanBelt. The course focus is to understand flow process design, where products move through the production area with a minimum amount of wasted motion. This course covers process flow mapping, bill of activity structures, lean production cell design, standard workflow, and workstation design. Goals of the workshop include:

• Creating a process flow map
• Identifying lean process design
• Drawing future possible process flow maps
• Baselining the process
• Implementing the 5-Star Lean Toolsets (teamwork, flow, pull, quality, and equipment)
