Enterprise Implementation System

The Enterprise Implementation System is a proven methodology that is based on three principles:

  1. The responsibility for change is vested with the operational leaders in the business unit. A cross-functional team is established and each team member is taught not just how to implement lean, but how to do his or her job in a lean environment.
  2. The approach is train-the-trainer. Your team performs the implementation as opposed to some consultants who try to implement it for you. The goal is to provide you with the knowledge and the ownership of the implementation process.
  3. The process engages all levels of the organization with a series of off-site facilitated workshops and on-site shop-floor events.
