The Process GreenBelt is intended for operations personnel who are training to become coaches to help deploy the 5-Star process toolsets. The training provides a core group of individuals with in-depth knowledge of the specific toolsets and how to facilitate events. They will work toward a mastery of event deployments.

Process Skill Coach certification requires attendance at the Skill Coach 5-Star Training Course, successful completion of the apppropriate Train-the-Trainer events, and demonstration of successful event leadership and results.
