Pull from Customers through Supply is designed for the Supply Integration LeanBelt. Making lean happen means establishing a pull system across the entire Product Delivery System from the customer through supply channels. In this course, Kanban integration and material control systems are developed. Concepts can be applied with customers for finished goods, within the factory for internal components, and through the supply chain for purchased components. The LeanBelt also learns how to extend the Lean Production Delivery System through supply channels using the Lean Works Supplier Integration Toolset.
