Lean Works^TM provides organizations with a Basic Course on the concepts of the Lean Works-Enterprise Technology and on how to begin to build a successful enterprise.

The Basic Course is designed to prepare members of an implementation team for the activities of the Enterprise Implementation System. It also provides an excellent foundation for individuals who are already engaged in or beginning implementation activities. The learning style is interactive with short classroom sessions followed by breakout sessions. The sessions provide the opportunity to implement lean tools within the context of a simulated company scenario.

The Basic Course covers multiple skill sets in implementing lean, as well as simulations demonstrating real-time results of the improvements in shifting from a batch to lean process.
